Flo is a fabulous young lady that brings smiles and warmth wherever she goes.
Flo is a glitter tattoo artist, a balloon twister and a ballet dancer.
Flo joined the crew in 2024 and she has learnt a lot of skills in this time, as well as bringing her own set of dance skills with her.

Her favourite part of the job is making kids smile and getting to know each one!

A key skill that Flo brings to Caro’s Creative Crew is finding new, entertaining games for everyone to join in on and making kids laugh and have fun.

Some of Flo’s greatest accomplishments have been receiving her Bronze Medallion with Surf Club, placing in her dance eisteddfods with a solo, duo and group piece.

Her favourite things to do outside of work are playing football, going to the gym and going for beach walks.

A fact about Flo is that she started dancing at the age of two and did her first competition at the age of seven.

Flo really likes working with children because it makes her happy to see how creative and fun all children can be and how different they all are.
